The Tambon (Sub-District) Ban Luang  Adminisitrative Office has approached the Foundation with a request to have Infants' Centres built at Ban Khun Klang and Ban Mae Klang Luang inside Doi Inthanon National Park, Chomthong District, Chiangmai. The first of these two villages is Hmong ethnic minority, the second is Sgaw Karen. The Tambon Administrative Office is able to provide budget for staff salaries, basic equipment and scholastic consumables, as well as daily milk and mid-day meals - but is unable to secure budget for construction and initial outfitting of such Infants' Centres.
